Safe, Skilled Medical Care for Children with Complex Needs — So Parents Can Breathe Again

A licensed facility staffed by credentialed healthcare professionals — delivering skilled nursing, individualized treatment plans, and a safe clinical environment for children with complex medical needs. Because every family deserves peace of mind, and every child deserves excellence.

About Us

Clinical Expertise. Lived Experience. Purposeful Leadership.

Divine Peace of Mind Child Care PLLC was founded by a Registered Respiratory Therapist with more than 14 years of critical care experience across acute, long-term, and pediatric settings. Her clinical career has been defined by a commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and uncompromising standards of care.

As the mother of a medically fragile child, she experienced firsthand what thousands of families face daily — inconsistent in-home nursing, a complete absence of licensed facilities capable of managing complex medical needs, and the impossible choice between maintaining employment and ensuring her child's safety. That lived experience became the catalyst for building something the healthcare system has failed to provide.

Divine Peace of Mind is the result: a clinically staffed, purpose-built facility where medically complex children receive the skilled, compassionate care they require — and where families can access the stability and peace of mind they have been denied. Every protocol, every hire, and every care plan reflects an uncompromising standard: these children deserve clinical excellence, not compromise.

Mission

To operate a licensed pediatric medical care facility that delivers skilled nursing, individualized treatment plans, and developmental support for medically fragile children — enabling families to maintain economic stability without compromising their child's safety.

Vision

To establish the standard of care for specialized pediatric facilities in Central Texas and serve as a replicable model for underserved communities nationwide.

Clinical Services

A Comprehensive, Clinically Governed Care Model

Our service model integrates skilled nursing, physician-directed treatment planning, and facility-level safety protocols to address the full spectrum of clinical and developmental needs of medically fragile pediatric patients.

Skilled Medical Support

Licensed clinical professionals provide continuous medical oversight including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, respiratory therapy, tracheostomy and ventilator management, and feeding tube care — all governed by physician-directed protocols.

Individualized Care Coordination

Each child receives a tailored care plan developed in collaboration with their family, primary care physician, and specialists. Plans are reviewed on a structured schedule and adjusted to reflect evolving clinical needs and developmental progress.

Safe, Structured Clinical Environment

Our facility is built to healthcare-grade standards with medical-grade air filtration, rigorous infection control protocols, controlled access, and emergency preparedness systems — ensuring a clinically secure setting for immunocompromised and medically vulnerable children.

Family-Centered Care Model

Families are treated as essential members of the care team. Parents and guardians receive structured daily reports, direct communication with clinical staff, scheduled care conferences, and referrals to support resources — maintaining full transparency and trust.

The Need Is Real

Why This Matters

A Critical Gap in Care

Across the United States, families of medically fragile children face a devastating shortage of qualified care options. Most traditional child care facilities are not equipped — clinically or operationally — to serve children who depend on ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, or continuous medical monitoring. The result is a growing population of children whose needs go unmet, and families left without viable solutions.

The Weight Families Carry

When safe, skilled care is unavailable, the burden falls entirely on parents. Many are forced to leave careers, deplete savings, and sacrifice their own health to provide round-the-clock medical care at home — often without clinical training. The emotional, physical, and financial toll is profound, and it compounds over time. These families don't just need child care. They need relief, and they need to know their child is in expert hands.

How We Change the Equation

Divine Peace of Mind Child Care PLLC was founded to close this gap — permanently. By combining licensed clinical staffing, physician-directed protocols, and a purpose-built medical environment, we offer what most families have been told doesn't exist: a facility where their child receives hospital-caliber care in a nurturing, child-centered setting. Every child who walks through our doors represents a family that can finally breathe again.

The Crisis

A Healthcare System That Was Never Built for These Children

Across Texas, families raising children with complex medical needs face a care infrastructure that systematically fails them. Standard childcare cannot accommodate their children. In-home nursing is chronically understaffed. And every day without dependable care forces parents deeper into an impossible trade-off — their child's clinical safety or their family's economic survival. This is not an isolated hardship. It is a structural deficit in the pediatric care continuum.

No Licensed Facilities for Complex Needs

Across Texas, there are virtually no licensed care facilities equipped to manage tracheostomies, ventilator dependence, feeding tubes, or complex medication regimens. Families with medically fragile children are left with no viable option.

Forced to Choose: Employment or Caregiving

Without qualified medical care, parents are forced to leave careers, reduce income, or piece together unreliable arrangements — sacrificing their family's financial stability to ensure their child's clinical safety.

Chronic In-Home Nursing Shortages

The in-home nursing system is defined by staffing shortages, last-minute cancellations, and high turnover. Families who depend on it are routinely left without coverage — often with no backup plan and no advance notice.

Our Response

A Clinical Facility Built to Close the Gap

Divine Peace of Mind Child Care PLLC is a direct clinical response to this systemic deficit — founded by a Registered Respiratory Therapist with over 14 years of critical care experience and firsthand understanding of what families endure. This facility is clinically staffed, individually tailored, and engineered to provide the consistent, specialized care that the current system has failed to deliver.

A Dedicated Clinical Facility

Divine Peace of Mind provides a licensed, purpose-built environment where medically fragile children receive consistent, skilled nursing care every day — not episodic coverage, but dependable daily support families can count on.

Restoring Family Stability

When parents know their child is safe and medically supported, they can return to work, rebuild financial security, and reclaim the stability that caregiving demands have taken from them.

A Replicable Model for Change

Our operational framework — including staffing models, clinical protocols, and compliance structures — is designed to be replicated in underserved communities across Texas and beyond, turning one facility into a movement.
